Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Quilette Middlebrooks is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College in Buffalo NY. She also has a Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Pre- Law from St. Bonaventure University.

During my journey  as a therapist I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse settings along with working as a contract therapist, a lead on a psychiatric ward and psychiatric ER. In addition I have worked as a therapist in a substance abuse rehabilitation center. With my vast experience in the mental health community I have worked with clients from many walks of life, struggling with a variety of mental health diagnoses, and life challenges.

These opportunities have allowed me to work with individuals on a one to one basis and in group settings. Focusing on individual needs as well as working with families, and couples as they navigate the journey of change and healing.

In my spare time,  I enjoy  traveling, spending time with family, escaping through music and giving back to the world any way I can.
