Do you offer in-person counseling and/or teletherapy?

At this time all sessions will be teletherapy. We are working frivolously to set-up in-person sessions post covid. 

 Do you accept cash and/or insurance?

Yes, and yes. Please reach out for further details. 

What will we talk about? What will be the structure of the session?

All sessions will start with a free 15 minute consultation to seek which counseling service is best suited for you. Once assessed, we will begin by setting up an appointment for an intro session, discussing all matters before a dive into deeper conversations in follow-up sessions. 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free given a 24 hour notice.
